How To Fight The Summer:-
Fighting the summer is not easy. Your body require lot of water to withstand the heat of the sun. For this Woman Community, eat as much Water Melon, Musk Melon to keep you fit and with good fighting spirit.
I was enjoying my small experiments in the kitchen. Last day I bought about 1 kg of raw mangoes. Mangoes with Pootina (Hindi name) chutney, wow, a recipe which will keep your body cool and stomach tidy. Or, as I do, Put 2-3 teaspoons of chutney in a glass, add full glass of water, stir it and you will get a cool sarbhat to drink, keep your stomach cool.
I boiled the Mangoes in a pressure cooker for about 10 minutes. Then I scooped the gelly of the mangoes and kept in a vessel.
Then I took jaggery about 1:2 ratio of mango jelly and heated it, till it became liquid.
Then I added the jelly of the mangoes, put 2 teaspoon of salt, this will give you sweet, sour and salty taste.
I, then took a small pan, put some Elachi, fried it and powdered and added to the mixture.
Boil it till it become a paste like. Morning if you don't have anything to eat, make 2 chappati and like jam spread it and eat it. This is my summer cool offer.
